Body Compassion Collective

You've spent years trying to discipline

your way into self-love.

What if the only thing you need to stop is the performance?

READY TO STOP FIGHTING FOOD AND FIND PEACE WITH YOUR BODY?

If so, this may sound all too familiar.

Image

The pattern is familiar. Discipline during the day: measured portions, "good" choices, control. And then at night, alone, eating standing at the counter. Not because of hunger, but because there's so much being held that food is the only place to put it down.

The list of what's been tried is long: keto, macros, intuitive eating, therapy, mindset work. Intellectually, the body isn't the problem. But in the mirror, the criticism is instant, automatic, relentless.

There's success in other areas. Leading teams, closing deals, showing up for everyone. But when it comes to the body, it still feels like failing at being a woman.

And here's what doesn't get said out loud: the fear that this is just how it is. That life will be spent performing confidence while quietly hating what's reflected back.

Eat an entire sleeve of cookies when you’re not even hungry.

No matter what the number is on the scale it never brings peace.

Too embarrassed about your belly to remove your shirt during sex.

Image

Terrified your "bad behaviors" with your food and body will pass onto your children.

Image

Swearing to give up eating sugar only to be drinking a mocha whip latte an hour later.

Afraid you will always feel awful when you look in the mirror

Obsess Obsess Obsess about what you look like.

THE PROBLEM ISN'T YOUR BODY

It's how you've been taught to treat it.

The problem isn't your body. It isn't your willpower. It isn't that you lack discipline.

The problem is that you've been taught to treat your body like an enemy that needs to be controlled, instead of a home you get to live in.

And when you approach your body with shame, discipline, and punishment, your body responds the only way it knows how: by fighting back.

Body Compassion Collective teaches you a different way. Not another diet. Not another protocol. A way to move from shame to compassion, from control to trust, from performing to actually living in your body.

This isn't about learning to love your body someday when it looks different. This is about learning to be in your body now, exactly as it is, and discovering that the moment you stop fighting it, everything shifts.

Small, compassionate actions — not willpower or discipline — are what actually change your relationship with food, with your body, with yourself.

Self-Compassion doesn't mean you are Giving up.

It means you are giving up binge-eating, body shaming, emotional eating and negative self-talk.

Inside Body Compassion Collective, you'll learn:

BCC is different from other solutions. It doesn’t focus on getting your body to a certain weight so you can feel confidence. It uses 3 powerful tools that will change how you feel about yourself and how you take care of yourself. If you commit to these tools, It will change your behaviors with food and dramatically increase levels of joy.

COMPASSION

The Compassion Reset — A 3-minute somatic practice that stops shame spirals before they take you under. No journaling, no affirmations. Just your body, your breath, and the return to center. You'll learn how to recognize when shame is hijacking your food choices and how to regulate it in real time.

CONFIDENCE

The Confidence Calibration — Confidence isn't something you build by losing weight. It's something you reclaim by stopping the performance. You'll learn how to stand in your body as it is right now, not as a "work in progress," but as a woman who takes up space, speaks her truth, and stops apologizing for existing.

CURIOSITY

The Curiosity Activation — Judgment keeps you stuck. Curiosity sets you free. You'll learn how to get curious about your patterns without collapsing into shame: Why do I reach for food when I'm not hungry? What am I actually trying to soothe? What would it feel like to not need to fix this?

"For the first time in my life, after years of on and off therapy, we got to the roots of the disorders rather than simply focusing on 'fixing' behaviours. I now feel I understand myself much better and learned that self compassion is always the answer." - Client Elena

MEET MARLA

Hi. I’m Marla Mervis-Hartmann.

For years, I did everything "right": over-exercising, under-eating, restricting, controlling. I thought if I could just discipline my body into submission, I'd finally feel at peace.

One day I stood on the scale and saw the lowest number I'd ever seen. I was the thinnest I'd ever

been. And I was miserable.

Being thin was never going to make me happy. The problem wasn't my body — it was the

performance. The performance of discipline, of control, of "having it all together."

When I stopped performing, everything shifted. Not because I "fixed" myself, but because I

finally gave myself permission to stop trying to.

Now I teach other women how to do the same. I don't fix you. I don't save you. I show you where

you've been giving your power away, and I teach you how to take it back.

The body you've been fighting? She's been waiting for you to come home.

Hi. I’m Marla Mervis-Hartmann.

WHO THIS IS FOR?

Body Compassion Collective is for you if you're done white-knuckling your food, done performing discipline, done waiting to "be ready." If you're willing to take full responsibility for your healing and you're resourced enough (emotionally, financially, energetically) to do this work without needing me to prove it works first.

This is not for you if you're looking for a weight-loss program (this isn't that), if you're expecting me to fix you while you stay passive, if you're in active crisis or have a diagnosed eating disorder that requires

clinical support (please get that first — I'll be here when you're ready), or if you're still hoping that finding the "right" method means you won't have to do the emotional work.

If you're still reading, you're ready.
